Curious AI Consulting, LLC offers a 14-day refund window. If Curious Campaigns is not what you hoped for, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — this applies to the six-month campaign pass and to one-time module purchases alike.
After the 14 days
The campaign pass is a six-month term paid upfront. Once the 14-day window has passed, the remainder of the term is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account, and your table keeps every city and module it has access to until the paid term ends.
Module credits
Each six-month term includes five module credits. If you request a refund of a term within the 14-day window, any modules claimed with those credits are removed from the table along with the term.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for every order. Visit paddle.net with your order email to request a refund, or email us at support@curious-campaigns.lovable.app and we will help.
Test purchases
Purchases made in a preview or test environment are not real charges and need no refund.
